Canceling a Membership

Cancel a client's membership from their profile. The membership stays active until the end of the current billing period — benefits and discounts continue until then, and no further renewals are charged.

Cancel a membership

  1. Open Clients and select the client
  2. Click the Memberships tab
  3. Find the active membership and click Cancel
  4. Confirm in the dialog

The Memberships tab shows when the membership ends. Past memberships appear under Past memberships once canceled.

WARNING

Cancellation is permanent. There is no way to reactivate a canceled membership — enroll the client again as a new subscription.
