Sales Reports ​

Track your business's financial performance with revenue reports that show where money is coming from and how it trends over time.

Open Reports and select the Sales category, or go directly to Sales Summary or Revenue by Location.

Sales Summary ​

A high-level view of revenue for the period you select. This report includes:

  • Total revenue for the date range
  • Daily revenue breakdown
  • Earnings by service
  • Payment method analysis (cash, card, etc.)

Use this report for a quick check on financial health — especially when comparing week-over-week or month-over-month.

Revenue by Location ​

For multi-location businesses, this report breaks revenue down by site. Compare location performance, see which services sell best at each location, and spot growth differences between sites.

Exporting ​

Click Export Reports at the top of any report page to download the data as CSV.

Quick Tip

Compare the same report across different date ranges to spot seasonal patterns and plan for busy or slow periods.
