Receipts
You can print or email receipts for completed sales.
Print Receipt
- Open the sale from the Sales History table
- Click Print Receipt
- A new browser tab opens with a formatted receipt
- Use your browser’s print command (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) to print or save as PDF
The receipt includes:
- Business and location details
- Sale date and ID
- Client name (or “Walk-in”)
- Line items with quantities and prices
- Subtotal, discount, tax, tip
- Total amount
- Payment method(s)
Email Receipt
- Open the sale from the Sales History table
- Click Email Receipt
- The receipt is sent to the client’s email address on file
Requirements:
- The sale must be linked to a client (not a walk-in)
- The client must have an email address in their profile
If the client has no email, you’ll see a message to add one in the client profile first.
