Receipts

You can print or email receipts for completed sales.

  1. Open the sale from the Sales History table
  2. Click Print Receipt
  3. A new browser tab opens with a formatted receipt
  4. Use your browser’s print command (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P) to print or save as PDF

The receipt includes:

  • Business and location details
  • Sale date and ID
  • Client name (or “Walk-in”)
  • Line items with quantities and prices
  • Subtotal, discount, tax, tip
  • Total amount
  • Payment method(s)

Email Receipt

  1. Open the sale from the Sales History table
  2. Click Email Receipt
  3. The receipt is sent to the client’s email address on file

Requirements:

  • The sale must be linked to a client (not a walk-in)
  • The client must have an email address in their profile

If the client has no email, you’ll see a message to add one in the client profile first.
